Sadness creeps in like a fog
Filling my brain from side to side
Emotions run deep, tears pierce through
My heart, no one to confide

Pain resides in my soul
No one seems to recognize
All I know is true sadness
It’s a terrible surprise

I feel so alone and bleak
It seems like no one cares
My friends don’t understand me
My family doesn’t share

I can’t find the strength to go on
My heart sinks deep and low
The feeling of sadness and tears
I just want it all to go.
