Memory (Poem)

A memory in my life was a summer day
Where the sun was shining bright,
Birds singing in the sky,
Wildflowers in sight.
I remember feeling so free
As I ran through the fields,
The grass tickling my feet
As I spun and squealed.
The wind in my hair,
The sun on my skin,
I felt the joy of that day
Deep within.
I remember the laughter
And the joy that I felt,
A moment in my life
That I will never forget.
